8.surface treatment:The surface of steel structure should descaling fully and paint with antirust primer; Cement surface base should achieve JGJ73-91. The base surface should be clean, dry, massiness without oil and other waste. The PH should below 10. Clean the incompact film, polish the surface till neat if there is a old film. 

9.Surface primer: must paint primer before using this coating. The thickness is 1-2mm.

10.This coating is powder admixture, it must be confected in locale, the degree of dryness matches the locale construction, mix round till ropy state, using this confected paint as soon as possible.

11.Normally, the thickness of the film should within 6-10mm for once. The operating interval due to the surrounding temperature.

Construction Explanation

1. The surface of steel structure should be anti-rusted, up to St3 level, and precoating epoxy anti-rust primer.

2. Mix round equality before construction, and add thinner5%) to dilute if the consistency is too high, in order to construction.

3. Anti-fire paint should be coated by series. The first layer thickness may not exceed 200um, then posterior thickness may not exceed 300um, every coating interval may not less than 24 hours.

4.The best construction environment: temperature 0~35, relative humidity85%.

5.Advised to coat the first cover in the indoor steel structure, and to coat the second cover in the outdoor steel structure, it can improve the ornamental of the fireproof coating.
