General introduction of Powder Coating
This type of coating is prepared from the epoxy resin, and it has excellent chemical resistance and good mechanical properties. It is suitable for the coating of metallic appliances that has rigor demand on the anti-corrosion, insulating properties and flexibility. It is not suggested to use this of coating directly in the coating for outdoor appliances.
Product Series of Powder Coating
Standard and low temperature solidification type powder coating can be provided
Products of different gloss are available, namely, high gloss (above 80),semi gloss(50-80), flat gloss (20-50)and no gloss (below 20).(The gloss can be adjusted according to the customers demand.)
Application of products of Powder Coating
Coating of this powder is mainly applied to the pipeline engineeringantiseptic project, the surface of reinforcing bar and surface coating of some occasions of expecting much in able to bear chemical property.

Storage
The products should be stored in ventilated dry and clean room with the temperature below 30. Not to be close to fire and heat and kept out direct sunlight. Outdoor stacking is prohibited. On the conditions mentioned above, the products can be stored stably for 6 months. The product beyond pot limit should be reexamined, and it can still be used if the inspection results past muster.
Avoid inbreathing dust when using the products though the powder coatings are nontoxic. The operations are suggested to wear protective glasses and respirators. Avoid long-term skin touch with the powder if possible.
