Surface treatment:

For former coat exposed in the polluting environment for long time, cleaning the surface by high pressure water sprayer, applying after drying.
For old paint repaired, removing loose old paint,cleaning the surface by high pressure water sprayer,applying after drying, then applying according to the regulation.
