Application of floor paint

Working room and roads running with forkman and auto especially in medical and chemical
industry, electronic instrument, communication industry, food industry, light and textile industry, car manufacture etc. which requires great abrasion resistant and dent resistance etc.

2.Technical itemsItem of floor paint

1. Cement base should be flattened by cement slurry. Never use cement powder. Protecting
the new ground over 30 days. Water content should below 8% when operating.
2. Product is two component packaged. Proportion according to the certification.
Mixing two components fully according to the proportion and curing for 20 minutes
before operation. Add and mix anti-abrasive filler into coat according to the
proportion in primer and floating coat and mixing till homogeneously before operating.
Applying brushing or scraping in primer and floating coat.
3. For applying cover, unfelt surface should be ground into flat, then applying by
spray and brush.
4. Applying temperature over 5^oC and relative humidity below 80%.

5. Maintain over 7 days before applying.Storage: 12 months
