Execution method of floor paint:

1) No oil, dust, sundries on the base. Coating a seal coat on the finished concrete base to avoid second pollution.

2) Dosage should according to the proportion strictly. Curing for 20 minutes after mixing the lacquer and the curing agent according to the proportion. Use it as soon as possible. In 3 hours is the best.

3) Add and mix anti-abrasive filler into the primer and floating coat according to the proportion. Mixing till homogeneously before operating. The proportion of mixed primer & floating coat with anti-abrasive filler is 100:350~400 (proportion by weight). Floating coat with anti-abrasive is 100: 200~250(proportion by weight).

4) Flatting the unfelt surface of the floating coat before applying cover. When operating,just pushing flat by tools, then the paint will automatic flow.

5) Maintain the new floor base over 30 days. Water content should below 8% when applying.

6) Don't applying when temperature is below 5^oC and relative humidity above 80%.

7) Walking after 48 hours after operating. And bearing load after 10 days.8. Suitable stored in cool and desiccation storeroom.
