Execution method of the fireproof paint
1.The surface of steel structure should descaling throughly, and painting anti-corrosive primer firstly. The concrete surface must be flat, desiccation without oil pollution.
2. Surface primer: When excution it must be painted with primer and the thickness is 1~2mm,the primer layer is symmetrical.
3. Primer confect: ZB60-1 paint: water: special binder=15:10:1, adjust it with water to adopting spray and daub.
4. Anti-fire paint is powder admixture, it must be confected in locale, the degree of dryness matches the locale construction, mix round till ropy state, using this confected paint as soon as possible.[ZB60-1 paint : water= 1 : 0.8]
5. Ordinary, the thickness of painting should be controlled at 6~10mm every time. The interval between painting can adjust according to the different circumstance temperature. Taking 24 hours interval under 20oC as a standard. (construction task guidance book)
Attention:
The paint is single component. Mixing around and using the paint wholly for one time.Maintain for 28 days when painting to the designed thickness to reach the due strength.
