Execution method

1. The surface of steel structure should descaling achieve St3 level, and painting
epoxy anti-corrosive primer firstly.
2. Mix round uniformity before operation. Diluting by adding thinner (≤5%) if
the paint is too thick to operation well.
3. Operating by series. The thickness of first layer should not exceed 200um. Posterior
thickness should not exceed 300um. Every operating interval should not less
than 24 hours (23±2^oC).
4. Best operatingenvironment:temperature :0~35^oC, relative humidity:≤85%.

5. Suggestion: Coating finish coating on indoor steel structure one times, and to
coat finish coating on outdoor steel structure to improve the decorative effect.
Attention The paint is based on menstruum. Generic dangerous goods and transport as generic dangerous goods.

Storage: 8 months in door ≤35^oC. Still useful by testing if expending the period.
